Our Signing Town

This is a non-binding reservation list. The purpose of this list is to gauge potential interest from members of our community in moving to Laurent, South Dakota. The Laurent Institute and The Laurent Company will do its best to honor the reservation list in the order received. When lots in Phase 1 are made available, we will contact people on this reservation list in the order numbered below to allow them the opportunity to select the best lot of their choosing.

Marvin and Jennifer Miller and their family and M.E. Barwacz also will be the first ones to move to Laurent when lots and homes become available.
