St. Louis Meeting Very Well Received, Reservations Growing - Get Yours Now
Over 45 people showed up for Laurent, South Dakota Town Hall meeting at Greater St. Louis Association of the Deaf clubhouse near Lambert St. Louis Airport. The presentation went very well with one technical glitch which was resolved. The warm reception given to us by great folks of St. Louis signing community was remarkable. I wanted to say thanks!
We had a quick poll asking 4 same questions before and after the presentation. One of the questions were: “Would you seriously consider moving to Laurent, South Dakota?” Before: 7 Yes. 24 No. 12 Maybes. After: 16 Yes. 12 No. 14 Maybes. As you can see, the numbers for Yes more than doubled. Number of No’s were halved.
One participant commented, “At first, I thought there’s no way I would even consider moving to Laurent, South Dakota… but after watching the presentation, I actually liked the idea and I am signing up to reserve my spot today!”
