Glenwood Park blossoms beautifully
Glenwood Park is a wonderful example of well executed traditional neighborhood plan, and it’s located on 28 acre infill site — formerly industrial kind of land right off the interstate. This mini-town is brainchild of Charles Brewer, founder of Mindspring Internet which later sold itself to Earthlink, and his excellent team.
Attention to the detail as well as good mix of housing types: single family, townhomes, condos, lofts and so on with retail and office on first and above floors.
This is what I like to see in Laurent, especially in the first phase. With more European flavor and character, though.
